Next, we’ll take a tour of the property and, if possible, meet with you, getting a better idea of what possible solutions we can offer you. At this point, if your property meets our criteria we will make a cash offer on your property and if you are comfortable, we can sign a “purchase and sale” document and send the property information to Title and Escrow for closing.
3. CLOSING
Finally, we will close on the property, transferring ownership over to our company and you
are forever 100% free of the property! You will receive a cashier’s check at closing from the Title Company that you can do whatever you want with! Pay off bills, take a vacation, or plan for your retirement or children’s college fund – it’s all up to you!
